No. Upload your photos, paste your bio if you have one, and you'll have a grade in about two minutes. We only ask for an email when you buy something, and even then there's no password. We send a sign-in link instead.

Between two and six, in JPEG, PNG or WebP. Upload the set you're actually running on the apps. Grading photos you'd never post tells you very little.

Grading your profile is free, and so is the teaser you land on afterwards. Unlocking the full report is a one-time €3.99, with no subscription required and nothing recurring. You can buy credits in packs up front if you expect to check again; that isn't a subscription either.

The teaser names the photo that needs the most work and keeps the rest under wraps. Unlocking gets you the overall score, every photo scored and explained, the recommended photo order, the bio breakdown with rewrites, and the ranked list of fixes.

Checking again. Once you've made the changes, the useful question is whether they worked — so a second report is worth more than the first. Credits are cheaper in packs: 3 for €8.97, or 10 for €19.90. They don't expire, so there's no clock on using them.

Every photo you upload gets a verdict: the six that made it come back scored and explained in upload order, and the ones we cut come back with a score and the reason each lost its slot. It's built for the camera roll full of maybes, since most people can't judge their own photos objectively. No. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You buy credits once and nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy more. Your dashboard shows your balance, and buying again adds to it rather than replacing it. Credits don't expire.

It depends which of the two you bought. A single report is generated and delivered the moment payment goes through, and at checkout you expressly ask for that and accept that your right of withdrawal ends when it arrives — so a delivered report isn't refundable, except where the law requires it.

Unspent credits are different. You keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal for those: email support@matchgrade.app within 14 days and we refund what you paid minus the value of the credits you had already spent, and nothing else. Section 4 of the Terms of Service sets out the calculation, and there's a model withdrawal form if you'd rather use one.

And if something genuinely went wrong with a report, email us either way and we'll sort it out.

Sign in with the email address you paid with. We'll send a link to your inbox, and every report tied to that address is on your dashboard. If it's still missing, email support@matchgrade.app from that same address and we'll find it.

Nobody browsing the internet. Uploads go into a private storage bucket, are served only through short-lived signed links, and are used for exactly one thing: generating your report. They're deleted automatically 90 days after upload, they're never sold, and they are not used to train AI models. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.

Yes. Email support@matchgrade.app from the address on your account and we'll delete your stored photos, bio text and report results. Payment and consent records we're legally required to keep stay on file. That's covered in the Privacy Policy.

It's an opinionated model, not an oracle. What it gives you is a consistent, unsentimental read across your whole set, which is more than you'll get from friends being polite. It's informational, it can't predict how any individual person will react, and it isn't a verdict on you.

Anyone 18 or over. Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to submit. No photos of other identifiable people without their consent, and nothing explicit.
