Model withdrawal form
You have 14 days to withdraw in respect of credits you have not spent, without giving a reason. You do not have to use this form — an unambiguous statement by email to support@matchgrade.app is enough — but you may, and this is the EU model form.
A single report is not covered. Because you expressly asked for it to be generated immediately and acknowledged the consequence, the right of withdrawal for a report ends once it has been delivered. Section 4 of the Terms of Service sets out why.
